2011 Edition of the Shape Up Manual

Minor changes were made to the content of the Shape Up manual when it was reprinted in 2011. Please click on the heading below for a description of the new text. Page numbers refer to the new manual, but are roughly similar to the previous edition.

We are also very pleased the that new manual is now spiral bound and easier to use.
